Thanks Ba|<ernan. Fences is really cool as is object dock and thoosje tool bar but those are mainly for Win XP to make it look like Win Vista

If you doing the dual screen thing, displayfusion Pro. Very nice background manager and adds some nice click shortcuts to move windows around.
